Trailhead Support Center : FrontPage 2003 - Uploading A Web Site
Step 1: Be sure you turn off any firewall software that may interfere with the upload. Open your Frontpage Web. Click File at the top and choose Publish Web.
Step 2: Choose FrontPage or SharePoint Services and type in your http:// address under Remote Web Site location.
Step 3: Click OK at the bottom of this page.
Step 4: Type in your username and password when Frontpage prompts you. Then click OK.
Step 5: At the bottom right, select (local to remote) and click Publish Web site.
Step 6: Frontpage will notify you that the Web Site has been published successfully.
Step 7: When going to the site, you should be seeing your newly created FrontPage Website.
