Trailhead Support Center : FrontPage 2000 - Uploading A Web Site
Step 1: Be sure you turn off any firewall software that may interfere with the upload. Open your Frontpage Web. Click File at the top and choose Publish Web.
Step 2: Enter http:// followed by your domain name and click OK.
Step 3: Type in your username and password and click OK.
Step 4: Frontpage will notify you that the Web Site has been published successfully.
Step 5: When going to the site, you should be seeing your newly created FrontPage Website.
