You can now sign up
for a hosting plan online. Hosting plans
are billed on a quarterly (3 months) or yearly (12 months)
basis.
During the setup process you
will be asked to choose a domain name ($20/year) or
transfer an existing domain name you already own (free).
Domain name registration and option
to pay by credit card are available during the signup process.
